We are dedicated to our clients and their needs, however, last-minute cancellations and no-shows greatly affect the running of our small business. Advanced Beauty and Skin Clinic understand that circumstance do arise, however, to be courteous to us and other clients who are often on a waiting list, please immediately contact us. Please directly call our salon no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, if you cannot make it. This ensures that we are able to provide potential appointments to those on our waiting list

Appointment confirmations 

A reminder of your scheduled appointment will be sent via SMS and email 48 hours prior to your appointment via our booking system.

This notification will give you an opportunity to reschedule if needed within the next 24 hours.

We understand that you may need to change your appointment and therefore kindly request you immediately notify us with a minimum of 24 hours. This ensures that you keep your deposit which will be credited to you for your next appointment.

However, if you do not cancel within 24 hours and you can not make the appointment your deposit will be lost. For any emergencies please contact 0421387574. 

Running late to your appointment: 

To ensure that your appointment runs for the full duration of your scheduled treatment, Advanced Beauty and Skin Clinic strictly requires clients to arrive 10 minutes early to all appointments. This allows an appropriate time for you to pre-fill our consent forms before receiving our treatments. If you are late, Advanced Beauty and Skin Clinic reserves the right to shorten the duration of your treatment. This is to ensure that our therapists are not late for the following client. We will do our very best to accommodate you but please contact us immediately, if you are running late.

Cancellations/ rescheduling: ‍

less than 24 hours before your appointment will strictly mean you forfeit your deposit, which has previously been paid for at the time of your booking. This will not be rolled over to your next appointment. The decision to waive any fees will be made at absolute discretion as Advanced Beauty and Skin Clinic are conscious that some circumstances are out of our control.

Gift Vouchers:
Our gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase the expiry date specified on the voucher and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date.
Advanced Beauty and Skin Clinic is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that have been lost or stolen. 
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Vouchers are not valid with any other offer or special at Advanced Beauty and Skin Clinic.



  • We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, Cash, regrettably, we do not accept bank cheques or American Express 

  • We do not hold any personal client accounts, all appointments performed the day of the treatment must be paid in full that day.

This policy is to confirm your commitment to attending the scheduled appointment and to protect Advanced Beauty and Skin Clinics' interest in the incident of late cancellations or no shows.


Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and cooperation as we institute this policy. This policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all our clients.
