Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) is designed to promote natural growth factors and collagen formation. The CIT pen uses twelve very fine,

stainless steel needles in a patented disposable cartridge.

When the fine needles penetrate the skin’s surface, natural regeneration of collagen is triggered without the risks or side effects sometimes associated with other skin rejuvenation treatments. This controlled stimulation of your skin’s natural wound healing response inspires skin rejuvenation and repair.

During the treatment, the depth of penetration can be adjusted by the operator based on your level of comfort, ensuring a great experience plus optimal results. Immediately after the treatment, you may experience some mild redness on the treatment area, which can last from 2-12 hours.

You can resume your normal makeup regime the following the day, but if you must apply makeup after the treatment, please wait at least 30 minutes and ensure it is specifically formulated for use after cosmetic procedures.

Surgical scars

A surgical scar is a type of injury to flesh caused by surgery, usually an incision, that requires the modification of all layers. Because a surgeon cannot control all the factors that determine the appearance of a scar, treatment after the surgical area has properly healed is sometimes necessary.

The challenge with surgical scars lie within the matrix of all the forms or categories of scars involving hypertrophic and keloid scars and pigmentation flaws. These scars thicken over time. Scar therapy has been historically limited. The unique vertical stamping and depth control, up to 1.5mm, helps alleviate the appearance of surgical scars and can be a better modality to other methods or rollering.

With surgical steel integrity, the robust nature of the automated needle tip (12 needles total and sized at thirty-three gauge) penetrate difficult scar tissue, dramatically improving appearance, texture, elasticity, size and mobility. Surgical scar regimen scars have altered physiology compared to other skin conditions. Multiple treatments is recommended and may vary depending on the severity and type of surgical scar.

Consult our physician about the best course of action for your particular surgery scars. Price will vary as per procedure.

Stretch marks

Stretch marks are most commonly associated with physical changes due to rapid growth, muscle building, weight gain, pregnancy, or even puberty. While not usually a cause of physical problems requiring medical intervention, many people feel embarrassed at the appearance of stretch marks on their bodies and would like to see them faded or even completely gone. With perhaps 5 or 6 sessions at intervals of about five weeks between treatments, patients will be pleased at the way stretch marks fade and skin texture improves. Some patients report seeing a difference after a single treatment, but the full result will not reveal itself until several weeks after the final treatment session.

Price will vary as per procedure.

Your own Mirconeedle Therapy System (MTS)

Cosmetic needling achieves results through increased quantities and access of cell nutrients to the skin, optimises cell function and increases cell turnover. This cosmetic roller uses very fine stainless steel needles to make channels into the skin. This allows up to 80% more product into the skin, (compared to just 7-10% with normal topical application), providing essential cell nutrients for stimulating your own collagen naturally without creating scar tissue.

The most effective uses of needling:

  • Wrinkles

  • Thin skin density

  • Hyper-pigmentation

  • Rosacea

  • Premature Ageing

  • Scars

  • Epidermal Strength and density

  • UV Damage

  • Stretch Marks

  • Hair restoration

*Please beware of fake MTS  dermarollers. Our roller has a serial number, comes in a sterilized package, and isn't made of plastic resin.

It's one of the few medical-grade quality rollers available and will last 6-12 months (face) on average.  After about a year's time it would go dull like a disposable razor would and wouldn't be as effective.

We suggest starting with a light roll once a week and slowly build up the frequency and time of treatments until you are performing home rolling 3 to 4 times a week.

This not only maximises the absorption of active ingredients, but stimulates release of growth factors, and it is as simple as brushing your teeth!

Contra-indictions

Irritated skin, infected skin, fungal skin infections, active acne, active rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, severe solar keratosis, skin cancer, raised moles or warts, open wounds or sores.
